By court order issued by the Attaching Judge of the Court of First Instance in Antwerp, Antwerp division on 08/05/2014, judicial officer Jan WOUTERS, practising at Vrijheidstraat 32 / 18, 2000 ANTWERP, Belgium, was appointed to proceed with the public auction of the sea-going vessel “C LADYBUG”.
The sea-going vessel called “C LADYBUG” was finally assigned on THURSDAY 03 JULY 2014 for the price of FIFTY-THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLAR (53.600.000,00 USD).
Inspection
Only with admission permit at Quay 315 in the Port of Antwerp on all working days until 2 July 2014, from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm, and Thursday 3 July 2014, from 08:00 am to 12:00 am
Admission permit available at the entrance to quay 315.
Auction
Bids are only possible subject to prior notification and after presentation of a bank guarantee, as foreseen in the terms and conditions of sale.
